AAC Block Adhesive (Component A)
Nerovak AAC block adhesive based on FLEXIBLE hybrid epoxy resin and polyaliphatic amine hardener three component, solvent free (ZERO VOC), heavy metal free, halogen free, 100% solid, thixotropic, natural color (white) specially designed for demanding applications requiring high bond strength, thermal stability and mechanical strength shock resistance, they cover a broad spectrum of mechanical and thermal properties. It’s ideal for laying aerated light weight concrete, fly ash bricks, cement hollow blocks, cellular concrete blocks or smoothing over the block work surface in layers of up to 2 mm thickness that meet and exceed the requirements of National and International Standards.
They are widely used for bonding of cement based products, structural assembly of dissimilar substrates including metal, plastic and others.

Surface preparation:-
The substrate must be structurally sound, laitance free, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease, other contaminants and loose or friable particles. Pre-wetting of substrate is essential with normal saturation of water.
Shelf life & Storage:
The product should be used within 24 months from the date of manufacture.
The product should be stored in a cool and dry place.
