NEROVAK GEL FIX
Nerovak GEL FIX – 3117 is a thick epoxy based two parts (Resin & Hardener) adhesive that does not drip or sag to provide permanent and high strength bonds on stone & marble. It’s 100% solid, no shrinkage, highly thixotropic knife grade gel like paste, two-part adhesive designed for precise gap-filling, crack repair and bonding of stones and marbles. Its unique thixotropic (non-drip) consistency property makes it highly valued for overhead and vertical applications where standard liquid resins would sag or run.

Common Applications & Tips
- Stone & Marble Restoration: Widely used to repair chips, smooth imperfections, and glue broken pieces of granite and marble without staining or yellowing.
- Mix Ratio: mixing ratio of component A & B as 100% : 50% by volume/wt.
- Surface Prep: Ensure the stone is entirely clean, dry, and free of dust or oils before applying.
- Clean Up Surface: Use NEROVAK thinner wipe away uncured epoxy from surrounding stone or tools.
- Pot life & Curing: Pot life of mixing component A & B depends on ambient temperature but normal pot life of 45 – 50 minutes at 25 °C and curing time 22 – 24 hrs at 25 °C.
